Reporting to the Senior Manager – Home Segment Propositions, Brand & Comms the position holder will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of Customer Value proposition within the Family Segment. The segment lead is the voice of the segment and is tasked to generate segment insights, develop comprehensive value propositions and Go-To-Market strategies that will enable Safaricom drive acquisition, usage and retention, while gaining on key consideration, usage and affinity brand metrics specific to the Family Segment. Ensure that the segment strategy is implemented in alignment with overall Safaricom Home Broadband and content business strategy, market needs and requirements.
· Degree in Commerce/ ICT or a business related;
· Work experience of 5+ years in strategic marketing, product marketing and segment marketing
· Knowledge/ Work experience in ICT will be an added advantage;
· Experience with campaign management, digital marketing will be an added advantage
· Strong relationship building skills
· Proven track record of delivering sales enablement that drive pipeline, higher win rates and revenue
