DEPARTMENT: FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FACULTY OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

Basic Job Summary
The Faculty Administrator is an administrative position in the Faculty. The candidate will be required to provide high quality administrative support for the range of services provided by the Faculty to staff, students and external stakeholders. The Faculty Administrator position is intended to advance the quality
of service delivered to all stakeholders and is vital to the smooth operation of the faculty.

The successful candidate should possess characteristics, skills, and experience described as, but not necessarily limited to:
Skills & Personal Attributes: Skills & Personal Attributes:
a) Highly motivated, flexible, adaptable and service-oriented, with strong collaborative skills for teamwork and consensus building among staff and faculty.
b) Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
c) Ability to work independently and cooperatively with others in an academic environment.
d) Strong organization skills with an attention to detail.
e) Has the ability to produce concise and comprehensive reports.
f) Has personal initiative and works under minimal supervision.
g) Integrity and unquestionable work ethics.

Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with at Academic Qualifications: least a second class upper honors from an accredited university preferably in IT field of study.
