Copy Pro Ltd is a printing, and branding solutions company. We are a very agile and adaptive company that is seeking to drive additional growth especially in the branding space. We have an immediate vacancy for Business Development Executive (BDE)
Role: Business Development
Reporting to: General Manager: Nairobi, Kenya
Salary Range: Base Salary and Commissions
Tasks and Duties:
1. Identify business lead opportunities
2. Collate list of companies from internet/directory
3. Collate list from immediate businesses and other sources
4. Look for new leads from newspapers, etc
5. Maintain a sales database of potential clients
6. Make cold call to create leads and follow up regularly on potential sales.
7. Make calls to the potential leads collected. Send standard proposal / quote (with approval from General Manager) to the client in case an inquiry is received.
8. Customize the proposal / quote if required.
9. Follow up with client until final confirmation is received from the client.
Work with clients to identify branding / printing business needs
10. Negotiate with clients and secure business with client
11. Handle client inquiries pre-sales to post-sales
12. Conduct up selling analysis for existing clients
13. Deliver financial targets and business growth
14. Prepare marketing and sales plans (including sales and revenue forecasts) to effectively sell the various products and services
Skills and qualifications;
Diploma in any business-related field, sales and marketing
MUST have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in sales.
Must be willing to work on a base salary / commission plan
Applicants with over 25 years of age are encouraged to apply

Excellent skills in communication.
