AON: Executive Assistant
EXCELLENT CAREER WITHIN HR & ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT
VACANCY: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (AG5)
Purpose of the Job To provide support services to the CEO’s office in order to raise the level of efficiency and effectiveness in the Aon operations.
Duties and Responsibilities;
a) Manage the CEO’s diary, coordinate business and personal appointments and provide administrative support;
b) Ensure that the CEO’s speeches/briefs to meetings/press conferences and letters are produced on time and in the correct format and paper;
c) Capture and follow up on client complaints that come through the CEO’s office;
d) Co-ordinate the activities of the Board of Directors such as preparing the board reports, Hotel bookings and airport transfer;
e) Filter general information, queries, telephone calls and invitations to the CEO by redirecting or taking forward such contacts as appropriate;
f) Any other relevant duties that may be assigned.
Experience and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, with over seven (7) years work experience in a busy environment.
A Diploma in PR/ Communications is an added advantage.

Possess a high degree of integrity, honesty and confidentiality.
Organizational and analytical skills
