Kenya Safari Lodges & Hotels Ltd is seeking to fill a position with dedicated, experienced and highly talented hospitality professional.
SCOPE AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure that all computers are well maintained and in good working conditions.
Do routine preventative maintenance of all computes and their peripherals in ALL Units
Prepare a report showing status of all computer equipment after every service.
Repair of ICT equipment and associate peripherals.
Hardware and software enhancement (Ram, Antivirus etc)
Extending the LAN (Local Area Network) whenever necessary
Monitor the performance of the Wireless network and reporting any fault for further action.
Provide ICT support to staff and guests
Inspect new computer equipment on acquisition and install as appropriate
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware faults;
Support the rollout of new applications
conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Liaise with external suppliers for the repair of equipment under warranty or maintenance contract.

Minimum ‘O’ level education with at least KCSE Grade c+ or equivalent
Professional Qualification :Diploma in Electronic specializing in computer appliances from a recognized institution
Length of Experience :3 years with a minimum of 2 years in the same position
Computer proficiency with experience of sun systems and Fidelio V 7.
Additional skills required: Good communication skills-written & spoken.
Ability to work under minimum Supervision, Demonstrate meticulous attention to details
