Role Purpose:
Planning, organisation, implementation and control of key Facilities activities such as countrywide buildings maintenance, organisation of support services, supplier-management for Facilities, etc. This role also involves managing a team.

Academic/ Professional Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Over 5 years of relevant experience

Professional Knowledge
Working knowledge of OSHA 2007 (rev. 2010)

Professional Skills:
Excellent communication skills
Project Management
Analytical & problem solving skills
Time management & customer service skills
Planning & organization skills
