This is a fixed term contract until 30 June 2018

The Finance and Administration Assistant will be responsible for all project level financial requirements including maintaining the project’s financial system, tracking budgets and preparing reports among other duties. The successful person will also develop and maintain office procedures and systems to ensure the efficient operation of the office among other administrative duties as outlined in the Job Description.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline (BCOM/Accountancy)

Essential Other
 Significant experience in a finance and admin position.
 A good understanding of budgets and strong financial management skills.
 Knowledge of designing and implementing finance and admin controls and systems.
 An excellent communicator at all levels.
 Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
 Able to maintain strong working relationships with external parties.

Desirable Requirements
 Experience in managing institutional donor funds (e.g. EU, DFID, USAID)
 HR and payroll experience
 Experience of working with children with disabilities
