Specific duties include but not limited to:
Ensure general cleanliness of the facility including high dusting for offices, washing and hoofing of carpets, dust office furniture and equipment, washing of the restrooms.
Preparing and serving tea as well as collecting and washing all the dishes from the offices.
Maintain general cleanliness around the office by collection and disposal of litter;
Moving or carrying office equipment, furniture and ensuring orderly arrangement.
Prepare meeting rooms
Collect and dispose of waste including papers and ensuring general proper sanitation.
Performing kitchen inventory stock taking
Maintaining documents regarding cleaning and kitchen matters
Informing management of the need for repairs
Ensure the offices are opened early in the morning before the arrival of the other members of staff and close the offices. Report incidences appropriately
Ensure all the windows and doors are closed at the end of the day
Undertake any other activity as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
KCSE certificate
Certificate in Computer Packages
Training in health and safety/catering
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field.
IT proficiency.
Good communication skills
Interpersonal skills.
