Responsibilities for the HR Officer Job
Coordinate recruitment and selection process
Employee Relations and staff welfare
Maintain Work Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with the best practice
Monitoring and facilitating applicable employment labor laws to ensure legal compliance
Compensation and Benefits Administration
Coordinate staff training
Timely and accurate updating of the HR and Admin reports
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Business or other relevant Degree. A higher diploma in Human Resources Management.
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of employment and Labour Laws
Strong problem solving, organisation and interpersonal skills
High integrity and maintaining confidentiality
