Provide a support service to the personal, business and corporate markets customers with regard to data capture i.e. Account opening, account closures, static data amendments, standing orders maintenance, mandate updates, signature capture, and customer registration on bank channels.
Understand the risks associated with data capture and handling customer documents/ information as well as maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualification and Experience
Degree holder from a recognized University (min – 2nd class upper or equivalent).
Banking examinations desirable.
1-2 Years branch banking experience, with exposure to frontline.
A broad understanding of the bank’s procedures and policies and the application of the Group Reference Guide with particular emphasis on the account opening environment, policies and procedures.
Knowledge of the Code of Banking Practice.
Understanding of service and Managing Local Market sales initiatives.
Knowledge of the KYC requirements.
Knowledge of the systems.
